Make a 1-inch ID photo
A 1-inch photo is 25×35 mm, or 295×413 px at 300 dpi. Pick the size, align the head, export exact pixels — or lay out a 6-inch sheet holding ten copies for a print shop.
Three steps
1
Choose "1-Inch Photo"; the canvas is already set to 25×35 mm.
2
Upload and drag until the top of the head meets the upper guide and the face is centred.
3
Download one photo, or export a 6-inch sheet holding ten copies.

Questions
How many pixels is a 1-inch photo?
295×413 px at 300 dpi. If a portal states those numbers, export exactly that.
1-inch versus 2-inch?
25×35 mm against 35×53 mm — more than double the area, and mixing them up is a common rejection.
How many fit on 6-inch paper?
Ten, in two columns of five, with cut lines.
Other tools
Change your ID photo background
Swap white for blue, blue for white, red for light grey: upload, pick a colour, and the edges are feathered so hair and collars stay intact. Everything runs in your browser — the photo is never uploaded.
OpenCompress a photo to an exact file size
Portals that only accept 20 KB, 50 KB or 200 KB: type the target and the tool binary-searches JPEG quality, reducing resolution only when it has to — and telling you which happened.
OpenLay out ID photos for printing
A print shop charges per photo, yet a 6-inch sheet holds ten 1-inch copies. Generate a sheet with cut lines and print it yourself for pennies.
